Since William DAVIS was born in 1853, I am assuming that Virgil was born in the period 1870-1890
Does anyone have further info on Virgil?

Since William T. DAVIS wrote many poems that were published and there were several books of them, we have been looking for someone who may have those books.  
Wonder what book Virgil is holding in this picture?
